Her Brain Capital® Framework provides a vision and roadmap for companies to adapt, grow, and excel by integrating neuroscience-based strategies into leadership, culture, and organizational performance.

Dr. Richardson’s doctoral research, The Lived Experience of Organizational Leaders in Crisis Decision-Making, explored how leaders make decisions in high-stakes situations. She conducted in-depth interviews with 20 executives across private companies and government agencies, uncovering how they navigate uncertainty, manage pressure, and make critical choices during crises. This research provided real-world insights into resilience, adaptability, and strategic decision-making, equipping her with a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face and the inventive strategies that support effective leadership under pressure. With dual master’s degrees in business and counseling, she combines strategic thinking with human-centered coaching to empower individuals and teams. Whether she’s coaching executives, helping individuals strengthen their mental performance, or training teams to collaborate, Dr. Richardson is committed to making brain performance a key ingredient for success.
